Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of opusvideo.app (“OpusVideo”), operated by NexusGrowth, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

OpusVideo turns a text prompt into a short motion-graphics video. Claude Opus 5.5 (a model by Anthropic, accessed through its API) writes the animation as code; your browser plays it and encodes the MP4. OpusVideo is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

AI output is unpredictable. Videos may contain mistakes, odd layouts or text you didn't ask for. Review every video before you publish it.

Accounts

• You need an account to generate videos. One account per person; don't create accounts to collect extra free credits.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@opusvideo.app if you think it has been misused.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.

Video credits

• One credit is used for each new video that is generated successfully. Credits reserved for a generation that fails, times out, is refused or is canceled are returned automatically.
• Previews, MP4 downloads, share links, the automatic quality fix and the source code don't use credits.
• New accounts receive one free credit, subject to abuse limits. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Credits are added only after our payment processor, Stripe, confirms the payment. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Plans (subscriptions)

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you before a price change affects your renewal.
• Monthly plans include a set number of credits each billing month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that month and don't roll over.
• Yearly plans include the whole year's credits at the start of the term. They stay usable until the term ends and then expire.
• You can cancel anytime under Manage billing on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep your plan and its credits. If a renewal payment fails, credits for the new period are added only once the payment succeeds.
• Plan credits are used before pack credits. Credits from one-time packs don't expire while the service operates.

Your content

• You keep the rights to your prompts. As between you and us, you own the videos and code generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
• You give us a licence to store, process and display your prompts and videos to run the service, including showing a video to anyone you share its link with.
• You're responsible for what you create and publish. Follow the acceptable use policy and don't use other people's trademarks, likeness or copyrighted material without permission.

Availability and changes

We may pause generation (for example for maintenance, abuse or cost limits), change features or prices, or stop the service. Price changes never affect credits you already bought. If we shut down the service, we'll refund unused paid credits.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund your unused paid credits.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local consumer law, this clause doesn't take that right away.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
